Below is a Registration form.  READ ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE REGISTERING.

1. Please populate the form below and it will direct you to the payment website.

 2. In the payment website, add the DWII EDUCATION course to the cart and check out.

3. Once payment is received,  you are officially registered for the class and your receipt will be sent to your email. 

4. Once payment is received you will get an email on the SUNDAY prior to Class with Zoom information.
